The hotel's location right next to the Charles Bridge is perfect for exploring the city. Guests can easily walk to the bridge and other landmarks in just a few minutes. The rooms are comfortable and provide a good night's rest, with some offering a beautiful view of the river at night.
Some of the rooms may not have the best views, as mentioned in a review where a guest's room faced the walls of the next building with no view.

The staff went above and beyond to help us and made us feel taken care of. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to everything in the city center. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean, with well-equipped showers. The hotel staff, especially Wendy, were highly professional and pleasant. The hotel offers early check-in and late check-out options. The view from the windows is breathtaking. The hotel has a long history and tradition, adding to its charm. The service is exquisite and the staff is friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and attentive. The restaurant serves outstanding food and the menu is simple yet delicious. The hotel provides ample plugs for all electric devices.

A fine historic building with beautiful views of the river and Charles Bridge. The spa and sauna in the cellars add an extra touch of luxury. The hotel's prime location makes it easy to explore the city's tourist sites and discover hidden gems in the winding laneways. Fine river view from the suite with a direct view of Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Convenient location, close to Charles Bridge and just a short walk to Old Town Square.
Inefficient front desk service, with a refusal for a late check out and a long wait for porter service. Excessive amount of promotional emails from the hotel prior to arrival.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, conveniently close to all the main visiting sites. The hotel was situated on the waterfront, providing a beautiful view of the river. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and advice for exploring the city.

This hotel offers an amazing and luxurious experience. I was pleased with the exclusive amenities, including an exceptional spa with a sauna, body scrub, and various massage options. the beauty treatments like manicure and pedicure were also top-notch. the room advantages were many, including a private sun terrace and garden area, perfect to relax and unwind. the restaurant served delicious food with a choice of continental or in-room breakfast. the bar/lounge area had a wide range of cocktails, and the buffet breakfast was appetizing. The location advantages were great, with the hotel located in the heart of the city that allowed me to walk to many of Prague's top sights.

The hotel offers value for money with its great prices and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, right by the Vltava river and within walking distance of the famous Charles Bridge. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and have wide windows that let in plenty of natural sunlight for a bright and pleasant ambiance.
